What it is
A daily online meetup organized through Meetup.com. Members gather every evening to drop into anonymous 1-on-1 voice conversations on HereSay LIVE. No dating-app vibe, no swiping, no profile-grading. Just people who want to talk.
There are two hours every day: a US evening hour at 10pm ET (7pm PT) and a European hour at 18:00 UTC — 7pm in London, 8pm in Berlin and Paris. Pick whichever lands in your evening. Sessions are loose — drop in for one call or stay for several.

Why this exists
The US Surgeon General’s 2023 advisory called social isolation an epidemic on par with smoking 15 cigarettes a day — and the shift to text-only, algorithm-driven “connection” has not helped. Voice is the moat.

How it works

- At the event time, open heresay.live in any browser.
- Hit Connect. You will be matched with another attendee within seconds.
- Talk for as long as it is good. When the call ends, hit Connect again for the next person.

Quick FAQ
Do I have to be in New York?
No. The Meetup group is registered in NYC but the events are online — anyone anywhere can join. The time is set in ET so US/Canada is the easy fit; Europe & Asia are welcome too if you are a night owl or early bird.
Is there a fee?
Free. HereSay free tier is enough to participate. Premium is optional and unlocks private calls + filters.
Do I need to RSVP?
No, but it helps us know how many people to expect. You can just show up.
Does anyone see my Meetup name on HereSay?
No. HereSay calls are anonymous — no profile, no username, no Meetup link. Your real name and Meetup details are never shared.
